Utilizing average or higher resolution non-destructive testing (NDT) tools, the inspection findings shall be interpreted to assign a standardized structural score (1-5), determine the statistical probability of failure (PoF), and calculate the estimated remaining service life for each inspected segment. These assessments will culminate in a consolidated technical report, integrating all data and structural findings with prioritized recommendations for the ongoing maintenance, rehabilitation, or replacement of the distribution assets.
