Replacement of fluorescent lighting with LEDs at the United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Integrated Cropping Systems Research in Brookings, SD. See attached Statement of Work for a complete description of requirements. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov by 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, April 22, 2026. All individuals interested in attending the site visit must RSVP by emailing spencer.hamilton@usda.gov and Craig.McCuin@usda.gov, no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday April 16, 2026, with a list of names of attendees. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected.
