Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in North Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Demolition of a portion of the existing swim facility, including but not limited to: liner system, sections of swim facility walls, piping, pumps, heaters, decks, and artificial turf. Provide new swim facility liner, concrete peninsulas, pool gutters, pool inlets, play feature drain system, and new pumps. Provide new concrete decks. Provide new artificial turf. Provide new large water play structure. Provide new grounding for new steel in swim facility. Provide new site grading with topsoil and seeding. Provide new fencing.
