The Works include improvements to the City's Frances-Union Cycling Corridor along the following roadways: Union St. - Esmond Ave., Grove Ave. to Sperling Ave., Duncan Ave., Drummonds Trail; Georgia St. - Ingleton Ave.; Frances St. - MacDonald Ave., Gilmore Ave., Alpha Ave., Beta Ave., Gamma Ave., Howard Ave., Holdom to Fell. The Works include but are not limited to the installation of new concrete curbs, sidewalks and letdowns, asphalt roadway milling, asphalt roadway and MUP paving, streetlighting, catchbasins, catchbasin leads, topsoil and sod, pre-cast parking curbs and delineators, raised crosswalks, signage, and pavement markings, as well as the removal of existing signage, and eradication of existing pavement markings.
