Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennesaw, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Milton Public Works Department requests formal electronic bids for Legacy Park Improvements. The scope of this project generally consists of the construction of an asphalt parking lot, wall construction, septic lines, grading, drainage, landscaping, and lighting. Contractors must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. All qualified bids will be considered without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, waive technicalities and informalities, and make the award in the best interest of the City.
