Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools is accepting bids for electric signage projects located at Carman-Ainsworth High School, Carman-Ainsworth Middle School, Dye Elementary School, and Rankin Elementary School. Bid Proposals must be delivered to the Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools Business Office, Attn: Russ Parks, G-3475 W Court St., Flint, MI 48532 before the specified deadline, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are to submit one original and two copies of the proposal. The proposals must be submitted on the forms provided with the bid specification packet, must be sealed, and must be clearly labeled with the wording "PROPOSAL: ELECTRIC SIGNAGE PROJECTS FOR CARMAN-AINSWORTH HIGH SCHOOL, CARMAN-AINSWORTH MIDDLE SCHOOL, DYE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AND RANKIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL", and be personally delivered or sent by mail or express carrier. Proposals sent by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted or considered. Proposals must remain firm for a period of sixty days after the official bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to waive bid irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informality therein. Documents may be obtained only by general contract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the listed Construction Associations.
