Through this ITB, Genesee County ("the County") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform masonry work at the County's Courthouse and Jail, as requested by Genesee County Facilities and Operation Department. Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Pre-bid notes: An attendance sheet will be provided and will serve as the official document verifying attendance. Failure to attend this meeting shall result in disqualification of a Contractor's bid. Project includes exterior masonry and flashing repairs associated with current leaks and failed sealants and joints within the courthouse and jail buildings. Snow melt system for the original courthouse entrance stair, landing and ramp. Patch, repair and paint interior ceiling and walls as indicated on the drawings. Project Location: 900 & 1002 S.
