Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hinesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of Tradeport West - North Road improvements for the Liberty County Development Authority. The work to be awarded includes construction of the Project as described in the RFP and the Plans and Specifications. The requested services include erosion control, clearing, earthwork, water and sewer extensions, and all other appurtenant items indicated on the plans and in the contract for construction of approximately 6,690 linear feet of new roadway to serve the Tradeport West Business Park in Liberty County, Georgia. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the LCDA, and physically received at the specified address by the deadline. All proposals should use forms provided by the LCDA or as otherwise indicated in the RFP and will be evaluated and governed by the terms in the RFP. A proposal bond equal to at least 10% of the total contract price must be included, issued by a licensed surety company or by cashiers or certified check, or cash. Each proposal must include goals for minority and women-owned small business participation, and best efforts must be used to meet these goals.
