Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, insurance, bonds, transportation, etc. including, but not limited to the following. 1. Purpose 1.1 Provide and install new cabinetry and countertops in sixteen units per project plans and approved material selections. 1.2 Work includes demolition, preparation, fabrication, installation, and finishing. 1.3 All work shall comply with applicable building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and RRHA standards. 2. Cabinetry Work 2.1 Demolition & Removal 2.1.1 Remove existing cabinets and trim as required. 2.1.2 Protect adjacent finishes, flooring, and appliances during demolition. 2.1.3 Cap plumbing during demolition as needed. 2.1.4 Dispose of all debris daily. 2.1.5 Check all plumbing for leaks before reinstalling. 2.1.6 Replace all water valves to ensure proper operation.
