Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) of fire suppression systems at Defense Supply Center Richmond. Work shall be performed in accordance with FAR Part 36, the Statement of Work, and all applicable codes and standards. The effort includes full compliance with Department of Labor wage determinations for the Richmond, Virginia area and must be completed within 180 days from Notice to Proceed. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and awarded on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis. Past performance will be evaluated as part of technical acceptability using CPARS and SPRS. Partial proposals will not be accepted. The acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS 238210, with offerors required to maintain an active SAM.gov registration and be located within a 120-mile commutable driving radius of the installation, with the mobilization address clearly identified in the proposal.
