The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, insurance, bonds, transportation, etc. including, but not limited to the following. 1. Cabinetry Work 2.1 Demolition & Removal 2.1.1 Remove existing cabinets and trim as required. 2.1.2 Protect adjacent finishes, flooring, and appliances during demolition. 2.1.3 Cap plumbing during demolition as needed. 2.1.4 Dispose of all debris daily. 2.1.5 Check all plumbing for leaks before reinstalling. 2.1.6 Replace all water valves to ensure proper operation.
