Description

Renovation of an office development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of an office development.

The work consists of the complete interior modification and renovations to existing spaces on Floor #1, #3, #5, and #6 to update the electrical and utilities system to meet code compliance requirements and to provide updated interior finishes to all sections as per drawings. Trade set-asides are as follows: Miscellaneous General Work (GC), Doors/Frames/Hardware, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring/Wall Tiles, Painting, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Post Construction Cleaning is set at 1%. Miami Dade Responsible Wages and Benefits under the “Building” category apply along with a Community Workforce Program requirement of 10%. Bonding is required for bids of $200,000 or greater.
