The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for St. Johns River Power Park (SJRPP) Unit 3 Combined Cycle is to evaluate and select the most qualified Company to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services as described in this Solicitation, more specifically identified in Appendix B - Technical Specification. Responses are to only be submitted electronically via the Zycus platform. Please see the solicitation for instructions on registering for and using the Zycus system. Solicitation documents may be downloaded from the JEA website. A physical Bid opening will not be available to the public in person, instead JEA will provide virtual participation via Teams. Those attending the Microsoft Teams or teleconference should send name and contact information to: EPCCombinedCycleRFP@jea.com, 48 hours prior to the Pre-Response Meeting to have contact information documented. A Company must only sign in representing one company, unless otherwise agreed to by JEA in writing. QA date - 5-20-2026 All Questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed herein at least ten (10) business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within ten business days prior to the opening date may not be answered
