The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for St. Johns River Power Park (SJRPP) Unit 3 Combined Cycle is to evaluate and select the most qualified Company to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services as described in this Solicitation, more specifically identified in Appendix B - Technical Specification. Responses are to only be submitted electronically via the Zycus platform. Please see the solicitation for instructions on registering for and using the Zycus system. Solicitation documents may be downloaded from the JEA website. A physical Bid opening will not be available to the public in person, instead JEA will provide virtual participation via Teams. A Company must only sign in representing one company, unless otherwise agreed to by JEA in writing.
