Site work for a water / sewer project in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 2, 2026, project is awarded to Two Brothers in the amount of $587,977.50. Construction of approximately 3,400 linear feet of PVC and 220 linear feet of DIP 12-inch water main, and all associated appurtenances required for successful project completion, as described in the Specifications and shown of the project drawings. A certified check or cashier's check payable to the Town of Boiling Springs or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed under the laws of North Carolina to execute such bonds in the amount equal to five percent of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for this project. The Town of Boiling Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids, or counterbids and to accept the bid that will be in the best interest of the owner(s) Questions deadline: 07/07/2026
