Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and fitness / recreation center.

Design and upfit of a temporary gym location for the Asheville Police Department at the City owned facility located at 179 S. Charlotte St. This will include temporary locker rooms with showers. Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services are being requested. It is expected that this request will result in the development of a list of 3-5 firms that will be interviewed.
