REBID: Request for Qualifications for Design-Build: 179 S Charlotte Upfit Design Build Description of Work: Design and upfit of a temporary gym location for our Asheville Police Department at the City owned facility located at 179 S. Charlotte St. This will include temporary locker rooms with showers. It is expected that this request will result in the development of a list of 3-5 firms that will be interviewed. Based on the submittals and possibly the interviews, the highest-ranking firm will be selected for negotiations for a contract.
