Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services incidental and implied for the completion of the Lucy S Herring Elementary Painting Project. Instructions to Bidders: 1. Site visits are highly recommended and can be scheduled by contacting the ACS Maintenance Director. Proposers are responsible for measuring actual square footage. 2. Written questions must be submitted three days before the proposal due date. 3. Proposals must be received by the specified due date and time, fully sealed, and referencing the appropriate RFP number on the outside of the package. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. Only one original proposal is required, and it must be signed and dated by an authorized official. 4. Proposals must include identification of HUB Certified/Minority Business Participation, and the required affidavits as included in Exhibit A. 5. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience with similar projects, references, and cost. 6. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all offers if deemed in its best interest.
