Demolition for a playground / park / athletic field in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
Demolition of Helene damaged building structures and park amenities for multiple park properties along the French Broad River. The selected contractor will be required to issue construction documents through shop drawing submittals and use these documents as the basis for all relevant SWPPP approvals and permitting requirements to be fully compliant with state and local laws. Pre-Bid Meeting attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Bid Documents are posted on the City procurement website. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities. All questions concerning the Advertisement for Bids and requests for a link to the virtual pre-bid meeting invitation should be submitted via email to the listed project manager. Questions pertaining to the bid will be answered in the form of a written addenda posted to the City of Asheville's bid page no later than seven days before the opening of bids.
