Site work for a water / sewer project in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
NC DWI Bridge Loan No. HEL-0023 State of NC MBE/WBE participation goal: 10% (combined) Construction of approximately 3,400 linear feet of PVC and 275 linear feet of DIP 12-inch water main, and all associated appurtenances required for successful project completion, as described in the Specifications and shown on the project drawings. All bidders must be registered with Odom Engineering. A certified check or cashier's check payable to the Town of Boiling Springs or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed under the laws of North Carolina to execute such bonds in the amount equal to five percent of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for this project. The Town of Boiling Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids, or counterbids and to accept the bid that will be in the best interest of the owner(s). The Owner(s) will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in preparation of its Bid. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
