Sealed bids are invited for AMR Meters and Tank Repainting under DWSRF Project No. P40-1020508-01. All work and materials must comply with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC. Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a Bidder's Bond for 5% of the bid amount as a guarantee to perform the contract and furnish the required bonds within ten days of acceptance. Bidders must submit a DW-412 Noncollusion Affidavit and a DW-413 Business Relationships Affidavit. Performance, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract price with a qualified surety are required. Maintenance Bond must guarantee repair of damages due to materials or workmanship for one year after acceptance.
