Site work for a water / sewer project in Washington, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids will be received for the construction of the Bondurant Street Watermain Replacement Project. All work must comply with OSHA and the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must agree to pay at least the prevailing wage rate to all workers on the project. Bids will be for a single prime contract and must be submitted on a unit price basis. Bidders must agree for their bid to remain open for 60 days after opening, provide a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids, any non-responsive bid, and to determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bid. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
