This Project Consists of a Full Roof Replacement of Bl075 Ernie Pyle Hall.The project has 8 roof, with the intent being to replace roof 1-3 are least, in the summer of 2026 Electronic bids will be received by The Trustees of Indiana University for the project IU 20250520 - BL075 Ernie Pyle Hall Replace Roof Phase 1. A Unified Bid is requested for all work in this project, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the plan room website and must be registered on the site. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program, which must comply with Indiana Code 4-13-18. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities. The Owner may consider a bid incomplete if required documentation is not provided, including but not limited to the Participation Plan. The Base Bid may be held for up to sixty days, and Alternate Bids may be held for up to ninety days before award. If the successful Bidder withdraws or fails to execute a contract within ten days after notice of acceptance, the Owner may declare the Bid Security forfeited as liquidated damages, not as a penalty. question deadline date changed from 04/16/2026 to 04/23/2026 as per Addendum 1
