Furnish all tools, materials, and labor, and perform the work necessary for the construction of HVAC units and installation services for Saint Francis Bristow Hospital. Contract requirements include compliance with non-discrimination laws, the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act, and applicable federal regulations. Bidders must submit a Certified or Cashiers Check or Bidders Surety Bond in the sum of 5% of the bid amount, to be retained as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into contract and provide necessary bonds within thirty days of the award. The successful bidder must furnish public liability and workers compensation insurance and provide Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance bonds for the full contract price.
