Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bristow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The work consists of the complete replacement of the existing windows at the Saint Francis Bristow Hospital Medical Facility and PT Clinic. Bidders are required to furnish all tools, materials, and labor necessary for the construction and installation of the new windows. Bidders must comply with laws related to non-discrimination in employment, the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act, and 2 CFR Part 200 as appropriate. Bidders must provide a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond in the sum of 5% of the bid amount, to be retained as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into the contract and furnish necessary bonds within thirty days of the award. The successful bidder must also provide public liability and workers' compensation insurance, and furnish Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance bonds for 100% of the contract price, as per the requirements of the contract documents.
