The project shall be known as City of Moundville – Maintenance Building Expansion Project and consists of design build services for an expansion of an existing maintenance building. Bidders must provide all labor, material, and equipment according to the plans, details, specifications, and contract documents. Bidders must meet all criteria and requirements set forth in the instructions to bidders and bid proposal, comply with State law governing general contractors, and possess all necessary licenses and permits. Each bid must include a cashier's check or fully executed bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the estimated cost of the project or the total bid, not to exceed $10,000. All bidders are advised to carefully read the Instructions to Bidders contained in the contract documents.
