Bidders are required to hold either a California "A"- General Engineering or "B"- General Contractor's License throughout the project duration. All contractors and subcontractors must be properly licensed by the Contractors State Licensing Board and possess the necessary license classifications for the scope of work they will perform. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit at the specified location to discuss the project scope and sign an attendance roster as a condition for bid submission.
