The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new plasterboard partition to create two separate offices, the construction of a new half-wall in an open space, the relocation of a door, the installation of a new door, frame, and hardware, with a new partition made of concrete blocks, and the repair of the floor in front of the door. Information session/site visit To date, McGill University has not scheduled an information session or site visit for this advisory. Delivery schedule The Owner reserves the right to modify the schedule proposed below. The work may begin from 1 May 2026, and must be completed by the end of July 2026 at the latest. The occupants must move in at the beginning of August in order to vacate their current location in a rented space. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
