The aim of this work is to ensure that the premises meet the standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety required for a hospital environment before patients and staff are admitted. The services required comprise three (3) distinct levels of work: - General cleaning: removal of construction debris, dust and coarse residues; - Pre-clinical cleaning: deep cleaning of surfaces to prepare the spaces for clinical requirements; - Clinical cleaning: final disinfection in accordance with applicable hospital standards. The works cover an area of approximately 28,100 m2, corresponding to the entire new building of Lachine Hospital
