Reference number: 20139559 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-05-04 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 Description PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT 1.1 The OMHM is conducting a public open procedure for updating a fire alarm, Habitations Jarry, 8087 Berri, Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension. 1.2 The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, - Electricity: Replacement of the fire alarm system Replacement of exit indicators - Architecture: Architectural lighting 1.3 The work will be carried out in a 10-storey building with 100 housing units, built in 1980. 1.4 During the works, the accommodation will be occupied. 2. DURATION OF THE WORK 2.1 According to the current planning, it is expected that work will begin as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be changed by OMHM. In such a case, the modification may not be used to justify a request for an extra payment by the successful bidder. 2.2 The work shall be carried out within a maximum of 75 working days from the date on which the work is confirmed to have been started in the letter of commitment.
