Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation requests any Construction Manager as Constructor interested in being considered for the Southside Elementary School and/or W.D. Richards Elementary School Improvement project to submit a Verified Statement of Proposal to provide Construction Manager as Constructor Services. The estimated cost of the work is approximately $17,500,000 and $15,000,000 respectively. Each proposal must be in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code 5-32 and must be submitted by an entity satisfying the definition of a construction manager as constructor under that code. Communication between any Construction Manager as Constructor and the Owner is only to be conducted through the Owner's representative unless otherwise specifically authorized. Any entity contacting employees, agents, or officials of the Owner otherwise is subject to disqualification. All proposals received by the specified date and time will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee against established selection criteria. The Owner and Evaluation Committee reserve the right to reject any or all responses for any reason and to be the sole judges of the value and merit of proposals. The Owner also reserves the right to terminate the project before executing a contract without liability for any costs incurred by proposers. The estimated Cost of the Work is approximately $17,500,000 and $15,000,000 respectiveley *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
