Site work and paving for a road / highway in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bartholomew County, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners, will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Road Overlay Program Phase II. The bids must be in unit prices for all the work specified in the bid documents and submitted on the Proposal Form along with Form 96 prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to the Bartholomew County Treasurer, to ensure execution of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, before commencing work, a performance, maintenance, and payment bond in an amount equal to the bid price of the contract awarded, as well as certificates of insurance as required by the specifications. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
