Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Wing, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of installation of a steel roof with Pro Rib Steel at the Town Hall (83030 Grand Avenue, Port Wing) over the existing asphalt shingles using horizontal purlins. The purlins must be installed in a manner that straightens a bow in the existing roof. All incidental items necessary to complete the project must be included. 18" roof eves will be created on the North and South portions of the building. Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Town of Port Wing until the Bid Deadline. Bids can be mailed to the Town of Port Wing PO Box 146, Port Wing WI 54865. Bid opening will be during the regular town board meeting in May at the Port Wing Fire Hall.
