Renovation of a multi-residential development in Westford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade multi-residential development.

A. The work under the Contract consists of 1. Remove, dispose of and renovate items as shown in the drawings. 2. Replace items and materials such as but not limited to: flooring, bathroom cabinets & countertops, bathroom plumbing fixtures, ventilation, lighting & related electrical. 3. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. C. Additional Selection Criteria: 1. If the Awarding Authority (Owner) cannot verify compliance with the additional selection criteria from the apparent low bidder's Update Statement, the Awarding Authority (Owner) or its Architect may request the bidder provide additional documentation demonstrating compliance with the Contract requirement. This may occur after the general bid opening, but prior to the Contract Award. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect. The Architect will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids. Renovate 6 occupied bathrooms in 2-story duplex homes. Remove and replace all related plumbing fixtures, flooring, fans and lighting Repaint. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Project consists of removing and replacing all plumbing fixtures, flooring and re-painting in 6 occupied bathrooms in 2-story duplex family homes.
