Sealed bids are invited for the parking lot pavement and drainage rehabilitation of Lots K, L, and M for Heartland Community College District #540 at 1500 West Raab Road. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and provide a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. Lump sum bids will be accepted and publicly opened.
