NRCS requires construction services, classified as a commercial service, to perform erosion control work in McDowell County, West Virginia. The scope of work includes installation of erosion control measures consisting of laying wire mesh gabions, preparation of foundations on shallow bedrock, rebar anchoring, and riprap foundation protection. One site will require the installation of gabions, while the second site will require grouted rock riprap. The project will be awarded as a total small business set-aside on a firm-fixed-price basis.The estimated value of this project is between $200,000 and $250,000.
