Sealed bids are wanted for General Maintenance by the Town of Holway. The scope includes delivery of 10,000 yards, more or less, of ¾" crushed gravel and 500 yards, more or less, of pit run. Bidders should include the price per yard for blue granite. The crushed gravel must be taken off a completed stockpile, which must be blended, and the material must meet DOT grade 3 limits. All material is to be delivered within the town by August 31, 2026. Other requests include providing an hourly rate for a backhoe with operator, specifying machine size and bucket size, as well as the hourly rate for a dump truck with operator, specifying capacity in yards. Bids should be sealed and submitted with a certificate of insurance. The envelope must be marked as a sealed gravel bid for the Town of Holway. All bid items are tied together, and the board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
