Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work will generally consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for 13,950 S.Y. of asphalt pavement microsurfacing. Sealed bids for this project will be accepted through Quest vBid electronic bid service until 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday April 15th, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Complete digital project bidding documents can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com under project number 10131968 for a non-refundable charge. No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by bid security in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Bidders must also have insurance coverage meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
