Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Bayfield County is accepting sealed bids for work on Arganbright Road in the Bayfield County Business Park located on US Highway 2, just off State Farm Road, Town of Eileen. The project includes 2,200 feet of roadbed and a storm drainage retention pond. Detailed plans and specifications are available through C&S Design and Engineering, Inc. Bayfield County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. There will be asphalt paving installed as part of this project on the first section of the road connecting to State Highway 13. All roadbeds will include clearing and grubbing, common excavation, ditching, culvert system, and subgrade cut / fills with standard compaction. The access road will have a geotextile fabric and sub drain tile system with one (1) open graded drainage base layer beneath the two (2) dense graded standard compaction base course layers for the future bituminous wearing surface with gravel shoulders, and ROW seeding and mulching. An ultimate 3.75-acre storm water detention pond will be constructed as part of this work.
