The work will generally consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the following work: one block of Willis Ave from 11th St. E to southern terminus, approximately 350 feet of watermain replacement, water lateral replacement, hydrant placement, road building and asphaltic surface. No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by bid security in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Bidders must also have insurance coverage meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
