Construction of a driveway at 66947 Bayfront Rd. Clearing and Excavating - Remove all grass, roots, and soft organic soil to the target depth. If topsoil exists save and position off to the side. All other spoils to be positioned in a separate pile off to the side. Both topsoil and spoils need to be covered with a minimum 6 mill plastic or tarps pinned to the piles, so the plastic does not blow away or provide enough weight with rock or dirt to keep plastic in place. Piles need to be surrounded by a properly installed slit fencing. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting. Please visit the site at 66947 Bayfront Rd. Odanah WI 54806. The Driveway is marked out.
