The work under this contract involves providing professional solid waste collection and disposal service for residential and commercial clients in the Town of Alamo, Tennessee. The contract will span four years, with an optional two-year renewal. Proposals must be submitted using the provided Proposal Forms and according to the Town's Instructions to Bidders. Evaluation will consider pricing, administrative capability, available and condition of equipment, references, workload, disposal plan, past performance, and compliance with the General Specifications. A proposal bond or certified check must accompany the proposal. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities or informalities, and make an award as deemed in the best interest of the Town. Instructions to Bidders must be requested no later than Noon April 15, 2026, and any clarifications must be submitted by Noon April 22, 2026.
