Renovation of a development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
The work includes the removal and disposal of two existing make-up air units (MAUs) on the roof, the provision and installation of two new MAUs (35,000 CFM, 90 Degree design temperature rise), natural gas piping modifications to connect to new units, reconnection of high voltage electrical, ductwork modifications as needed, start-up and commissioning of units, crane service to remove existing equipment and install new equipment, provision of freight, and all labor and materials required to complete the work. Bidders must also submit and list any manufacturer warranty. Attendance and sign-in at a mandatory on-site pre-submission conference are required.
