Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors to provide Septic Hauling Services in accordance with provided specifications. All bids must be submitted as sealed bids to the specified address. Prospective bidders must examine and download the Bidding Documents from the designated website. Questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing. Deviations and/or alternates from specifications must be submitted in writing with the bid and will be considered if suitable. One original and one complete copy of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for Septic Hauling Services. Bids must be received by the stated deadline. All responses must be on the official Bid Form and signed by an authorized company representative. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract is intended for one year, with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods, for a maximum term of five years, subject to annual review and mutual agreement.
