Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This invitation is for renovation in the Whalin Complex Renovation at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Instructions to bidders: - Bidders must be registered in the JAGGAER eProcurement system to participate. - Completed submittal pages must be uploaded under the "Supplier Attachments" section. - Bid bond of 5% is required and must be submitted with bid. Full payment and performance bonds will be required for the awarded Contractor. - If an addendum is issued after submitting a bid, bidders must go back into the system to acknowledge the addendum and resubmit their bid.
