Site work for a water / sewer project in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally includes, but is not limited to: construction of water main and appurtenances within Rock Canyon between a new water main located near the existing Chlorination Building and the existing Rock Canyon tank; connection to an existing water main at the Rock Canyon tank and a new water main located near the existing Chlorination Building; construction of an air release valve and manhole; construction of a valve vault; commissioning of the system; and restoration of streets, trails, and other facilities. All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the ENGINEER no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the last date for Bid submission. In the ENGINEER's discretion, ENGINEER will send the written interpretation to all persons receiving a set of Bid Documents in the form of an Addendum. If the ENGINEER does not respond to a Bidder's request for interpretation the Bidder shall comply with the intent and terms of the Contract Documents. B.
