Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is for Active Transportation Improvements in Provo, specifically focused on signage and striping. The goal is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services related to these improvements. Bidders are required to provide sufficient documentation and information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications and requirements. Traffic limitations: 1. All work to be performed at night from 10 pm to 6am, Monday through Thursday 2. Contractor to obtain night-work permit from Provo City 3. No work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4. Maintain an open lane of traffic in each direction at all times 5. Provide a traffic control plan to the UDOT Resident Engineer, 7 days before work is to begin. Do not begin work until the traffic control plan is authorized for use 6. Coordinate public involvement with Wyatt Woolley at (801) 227- 8012 and wwoolley@utah.gov 7. Coordinate with Provo City, Vern Keeslar at (801) 852- 6783 8. Contractor must submit a signed copy of the MS4 compliance Plan supplied by UDOT, to the UDOT Resident Engineer prior to beginning work
