Description

Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Vernal, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 13,000-square-foot conference / convention center.

The project is for the ballroom carpet replacement with modular tile at the Uintah County Conference Center. The work includes the removal of the existing glued-down rolled carpet (without padding) and the installation of new commercial-grade modular carpet tile in the Ballroom. The scope also covers all necessary subfloor preparation and related work, covering approximately 13,000 square feet (to be verified by the vendor). All firms intending to submit a proposal must attend a mandatory on-site meeting at the Conference Center. Bidders who do not attend or arrive late to the mandatory site visit will not be considered. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as specified. Ensure delivery to the Uintah County-Clerk-Auditor's Office at the provided address.
