AMENDMENT 001 This amendment makes the following changes to the solicitation: 1. The SOW is updated with an addition as an attachment with precast concrete flush restroom specs. Vault toilets are not a part of this project. 2. The SOI is updated as an attachment to correct found descrepancies. 3. In accordance with Presidential Executive Order 14398, FAR 52.222-90 is included as an attachment and will be a part of any resulting contract. 4. Questions and Answers are posted as an attachment. 5. Site Visit attendance is posted as an attachment. THE RESPONSE DATE IS BEING EXTENDED TO 5/8/2026, at 12:00 noon MT. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. RESPONSE DATE EXTENDED. Q&A HAS TAKEN LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT SHOULD BE COMPLETED SOON. NOTICE - The questions from the site visit are being compiled and answers will be posted here soon. It is anticipated that an amendment will follow to include an extension to the response date. Watch this solicitation for updates. Reconstruction of portions of the Lucerne Campground is required. The acquisition is issued as a commercial item request in accordance with FAR Part 12, with quotes requested under Solicitation No. 1240LT26Q0026. Work shall be performed by a small business concern under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation for the required reconstruction services. Period of Performance: 05/11/2026 to 11/30/2026 All questions resulting from the site visit should be submitted via email to tony.taylor@usda.gov to Tony Taylor. Formal protests under the OPAP program should be submitted electronically to SPE.inquiry@usda.gov and the Contracting Officer no later than April 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM MT.
