Renovation of an educational facility in Oxford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project: Oxford Community Schools, 2026 Roofing Program. Bids will only be accepted on forms provided and must be submitted in a sealed envelope, mailed or delivered in person prior to the deadline. A 5% bid security is required; bid bonds are preferred, but certified or cashiers checks are acceptable for bids under $50,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for any Bid Category exceeding $50,000 and may be requested for those below $50,000. The project is not tax exempt for state sales tax and/or use tax. Each bid proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any board of education member or superintendent, as well as a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Compliance Certificate.
