Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, construction, installation, and testing of the Non-Potable Water Well and associated piping and fittings, control panel, electrical, and all necessary appurtenances. Each bid must include a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder is required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. Bidders must submit Electronic Bids and bid securities according to the Owner's Electronic Bidding Rules through www.civcastusa.com. Submission of bids acknowledges acceptance of possible electronic signatures in accordance with the Owner's rules for construction contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractors are required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
